Do you need an app?
Verification opens in the browser of a compatible smartphone. Performance depends on the device, seal and connectivity.
How is it integrated into the bottle?
The external seal is applied to the finished bottle. The integrated version requires capsule development. Both are validated through physical tests.
When is the opening detected?
With compatible hardware, the next scan after the tamper-evident loop is broken detects the change. The exact time the bottle was opened may not be available.
What data does the Wine Passport show?
Available producer and wine information, bottle identifier, observed seal state and recorded custody events.
