Data processing

Prototype notice. The commercial service requires confirmed company details and review before publication.

Sample data

Inventory, operators, readings and routes are simulated. Changes remain in session memory and reset when the page reloads. Contact form data is emailed to the TWO commercial team so they can respond and is not stored in the portal database.

Event location

The prototype does not request location access. The future platform must document the purpose, legal basis, permissions and retention for each event; continuous staff monitoring is not planned.

Before activation

The data controller and processors, contacts for data subject rights, legal bases, retention periods, subprocessors, international transfers and winery agreements must be defined. The preview provider may process access and technical logs under its own privacy notice.
